Product Delivery Policy
A product that has been paid in full will be sent by the operator of the site or whoever matches it to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The product will be sent up to 48 hours from payment clearance approved by the credit card company, directly to the customer by registered mail with a tracking number. Standard international shipping time varies between 7 and 21 business days.
In extreme scenarios, shipping time can take up to 30 business days (especially at holidays). Production time of photo jewelry necklaces is 4 to 10 business days from the time of payment clearance.
Standard shipping cost is $5.99 USD.
Delivery of the products, under the terms and time specified above or on the product page, will be done by the site operator or whoever coordinates it on behalf of the site operator. Work days are counted from the day the transaction is approved from the customer’s credit company (“working days” – Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday are holiday days).
In cases of delay due to unpredictable disasters including strikes, fire, flood, etc., the site operator will contact the customer when the delay is known. The customer will have the choice to choose one of several alternatives:
- Waiting for the product,
- Receiving an alternative product or
- Canceling the transaction and returning the amount paid.

In cases where the site operator is unable to supply the products to the customer and no solution is found and acceptable by both parties, the site operator reserves the right to cancel the transaction at any time until delivery of the product to the customer. If the transaction is canceled as above-mentioned, the site operator will refund the money (if he paid) and/or cancel his credit card charge, and the customer will not be entitled to any compensation for canceling the transaction.
In cases where the order details (including shipping address, First and Last Name, or any other important detail) provided by the customer are incorrect, we can not guarantee that the order will arrive at the customer’s address. If the order is returned to us, as a result of incorrect details received and/or failure to collect the mail item that arrived on time, the customer will be charged shipping and handling fees. Please make sure that you provide correct order details. Fulfillment of incorrect order details at the time of purchase is prohibited by law.
In the event that a defective or different product is received, please contact us. After receiving a return confirmation, send us the defective product.
Upon receiving the returned product, you either get a new product or refund.
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent
to the email address, you entered while placing the order. You can not change or cancel an order once the purchase is complete. If you wish to cancel or change your order immediately after its completion, please contact us at the email address indicated on the website with an order number and indicate your request. In case of non-confirmation by the operator of the site, an email will be sent to you indicating the reason for the cancellation within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
After completing the verification of your credit card details and receiving a transaction approval from the credit card company, and if the item ordered by you is in stock, your order will be regarded as an order to be shipped and the operator of the site or whoever coordinates it will act asap to supply the ordered product.
Transaction cancelation policy
Subject to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010, a customer may cancel an order up to 14 days from the date of arrival of the shipment, provided that the cost of the product exceeds USD $50 (excluding shipping charges). In the case of cancellation of a transaction, a written cancellation request must be sent to the e-mail address specified on the website. Upon cancellation, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the transaction amount in addition to initial shipping fees the sender paid. Confirmation of cancellation and refund is contingent on the return of the product in its original packaging unused without any damage to the business address given. Customer will pay return shipping costs. Customer is required to send by registered trackable and in secure mail.
Digwaze does not store credit card details, but reserves the right to send messages/emails/ alerts to the site’s customers about specific promotions or events that customers have confirmed at the time of purchase. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please send a removal request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The card holder’s details will not be transferred to any third party in any form or way.
Digiwaze is not liable for any damage caused as a result of use of the site including faults and/or errors and/or errors and/or inaccuracies as aforesaid.

Upon delivery of the shipment to the customer, Digiwaze may condition the delivery of the order by presenting the identity card of the credit card holder through which the transaction was made.
